Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
• Before Project Commencement: Clients can request to cancel services anytime before the project officially starts. In such cases, I will issue a full refund of any advance payments made.
• After Project Commencement: Once the project has started (i.e., once work has begun after initial discussions and agreements), cancellations will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon. The project is considered started once I have provided you with a timeline, initial drafts, or design concepts.
Refund Policy:
• Refund Requests: Refunds will only be considered in cases where the services provided are deemed unsatisfactory and a resolution cannot be reached. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the project’s completion.
• Partial Refunds: If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, I may issue a partial refund at my discretion, depending on the amount of work completed. This amount will be determined based on the time and effort invested up to the point of cancellation.
• Non-refundable Services: Certain services, such as consultations, audits, or digital products, are non-refundable once delivered. These services are delivered in good faith based on the time and effort involved.
Refund Process:
If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made through the same method used for the initial payment (e.g., Razorpay or direct bank transfer).
Disputes:
In case of disputes regarding the quality of the work or deliverables, I will work with the client to resolve the issue. If no resolution is possible, a refund may be issued, depending on the case, as mentioned above.
